Standard McDonalds with a cabin woodsy decor. On a weekday where they had plenty of staff and not many guests, took a surprising amount of time for them to make the food. I was surprised this place didn't have a play area for the kids - you'd expect that in the Wisconsin Dells, then again there are no shortage of places for kids to run wild.

Consistent quality that you expect In. McDonalds. Subpar service. Came at 1:30pm. They only had two registers open and a long line of people. The counter wasn't nearly the issue as getting our food was. Waited for over five minutes as did the others around me. Really disappointed. Not sure what is happening with McDonalds as this is often what I experience in their restaurants nowadays. I even had to ask for my drink cups ahead of time so my family had at least something to do. Staff looked less than enthralled to be working. Where's the sense of urgency? Why aren't these employees having fun in making customers smile and enjoying their visit?

I'm giving them four stars and recommending others check it out because it is not your average Mcdonalds. It's a huge log cabin with really nice decor. You won't see one like this just anywhere. The food was good and we didn't have any negative issues with service. It was clean. It even had an arcade. I like to try new places while on vacation but this place caught our attention and I'm glad we checked it out.

Clean and beautiful. Like a HUGE log cabin inside. Worth going inside just to see it. Friendly staff. They told us it gets crazy in the summer. Town was empty when we were there.

Very clean but the workers are a little clueless on how the fast food system works. I counted 15 workers in thus Mcdonald but it took 20 minutes for my food. So many different languages and hard to explain certain orders. Nice but very slow. Undercover boss needs to pay them a visit.

My family of 4 walked in at 1:00 on a Thursday to a group of about 7 girls who all looked clueless. The one who walked up to the register didn't even greet us...she just stood there. In the middle of taking our order, she walked away without warning. When we finally got our food, I had to send mine back twice bc it was incorrect. A few other patrons were commenting on the same lack of service.

made a family trip to the dells and decided to stop by this mcd's on our last day. thinking breakfast would be over since it was 10:45 am, when we walked in, we noticed that they were still taking breakfast orders since the breakfast menu was still up. they were beyond busy but the lines went by super fast. the cashiers were very nice and even took the time to tell me about taking a survey which is listed on the receipt. i got my order in no time. not just that but they have a huge condiment area and the hot sauce/picante sauce were even available out there as well. i've never seen that before. the reason why i gave 3 stars was because when going to use the restroom, it smelled like an animal farm in there. never have i ever walked in such a nice mcd's building that looks like a gigantic log cabin but the fact that everything was top notch all but the restroom. that's really too bad. recommend checking this place out but maybe wait to use the restroom elsewhere.

This McDonalds is easy to get in to from one direction, but a pain from the other. There is plenty of parking and everything and the atmosphere is a nice change of pace from typical McDonalds. The food is just typical McDonalds (maybe a little worse when they are busy), but with a little bit inflated prices. It is about what you would expect I guess.

As far as McDonalds go, this is one of the cleanest I have ever been to. That being said, it also had some of the grossest food!! I don't know if it was an "off"day for them, but some of the stuff was just downright NASTY! Inedible at times. My husband said his pancakes tasted weird, the ketchup was pink (yes, PINK) with all of these little bubbles in it, and the diet coke was gross as well. Our "quick and cheap" meal turned into "eat whatever you can manage to choke down". Ew.

It's a McDonald's what do you expect. Food is what it is. 3 stars because the decor is fun, dead animals on the walls.

Stopped by here passing through Wisconsin Dells. Just mention this because this is the only McDonalds I've seen that has a log cabin construction, and the eating area has the appearance of a high ceiling hunting lodge. There is a large stuffed moosehead over the front counter and a stuffed deer head at the opposite end. On one of the rafters is a stuffed coyote. The style fits in nicely in northern Wisconsin.

I hesitate to give any McDonald's 5 stars because I've found that the experience really depends on who's working and how busy the place is at that particular time. However, based solely on one experience, this McDonald's definitely deserves 5 stars. It's not far off I-94 at Exit 89 in the Wisconsin Dells and is in a strip mall with Walmart, Kohl's and Home Depot. It's a new building and that really shows in the bathrooms: they're big, bright, very clean, and nicely decorated. This is not a normal McDonald's bathroom! The service was quick and very friendly. It was later in the evening, and there were just two other people inside and no one in the drive through. They must have dunked a basket of fries just for me because they were perfect: hot and crispy on the outside, soft and steamy on the inside, and evenly salted. I've had a string of bad experiences with McDonald's fries over the past year and was about to give up on them, but these were just what McDonald's fries were meant to be. Corporate would be proud.
